Our staff are supported by a team of clinical directors, specialist experts and modality specific clinical leads, overseen by our clinical quality team.
Our flexible approach helps our customers to meet some of their most pressing challenges. We improve access by delivering our services from over 850 locations, many of them accessible community sites. By providing safe, effective, responsive and compassionate care we aim to contribute to the healthcare economy of the UK and improve patient outcomes.

Rita McAvinchey
Clinical Advisor – Breast Screening
Rita McAvinchey has been Clinical Director of the Jarvis Breast Screening Centre since 2014, managed by InHealth since 2017. Appointed as a Consultant in 1993, in the past she has been Clinical Radiology lead at Surrey and Sussex and combines general radiology (particularly nuclear medicine) and breast imaging both symptomatic and screening. She enjoys teaching and is Module Leader for the Breast Interventional module, one of four delivered at the Jarvis Centre as part of the Breast Imaging MSc from Kingston University.
Rajan Sharma
Medical Advisor – Cardiology
Dr Rajan Sharma MBBS BSc (Hon) FRCP FESC MD, is a consultant cardiologist and Head of Clinical Services at St Georges Hospital NHS Trust, London. He is also the Clinical Lead for Echocardiography for InHealth. Dr Sharma is a national and international expert in echocardiography. This includes transthoracic and transoesophageal echocardiography, stress echocardiography, tissue Doppler imaging, contrast echocardiography and three-dimensional echocardiography. He is a recognised expert of stress echocardiography for the DVLA and CAA
Georgina Allen
Medical Advisor – Diagnostic Imaging
Dr Georgina Allen is a Consultant Musculoskeletal Radiologist and is the Medical Advisor for Diagnostic Imaging at InHealth. She has worked in several NHS tertiary referral hospitals, specialising in orthopaedics. She is Course Director for a range of hands-on musculoskeletal ultrasound training courses. She was involved in the organisation of the medical imaging for the 2012 London Olympic Games. She travels the world as a guest speaker at musculoskeletal conferences and training courses and has published widely.
