Announcing our Manchester CPD event on Oct 11th

We are delighted to announce our latest CPD event, taking place in Manchester on October 11th.

Within radiology, the introduction of radiographer reporting has developed into an integral component of most, if not all x-ray departments.  It is a national treasure, an innovation founded by the NHS which is marvelled by radiographers across the globe.  Despite this, historically radiography has lagged behind the AHP family in establishing themselves as effective agents of influence.  So how do we change this status quo? What approach is needed in an NHS which is celebrating its 70th birthday and undoubtedly experiencing some of its greatest challenges to date?

“How can we transform our practice to develop the best care for patients?”

In our previous study events, we have really looked to understand the challenges faced by reporting radiographers and have shared examples of enablers from a broad spectrum of experts. This event will take this one step further, and look at how we can really look to push the boundaries within the scope of our profession to improve outcomes, and how the innovators of today become standard practice of the everyday radiographer of tomorrow.

We have a panel of imaging experts speaking at the event and you will have an opportunity to gain insights through their presentations and engage with them during the panel discussion.

This is a free event with donations and contributions welcomed. All donations raised will be going towards the Funding Neuro Charity, a charity very close to our hearts. To make a donation to this very worthy cause please do on https://www.fundingneuro.com/donate/

This event will be CPD accredited and is aimed at radiographers, radiology managers, radiologists, academics and anyone with an interest in diagnostic image reporting.
