GDPR – Sharing Best Practice Educational Seminar
The General Data Protection Regulation, which replaces the Data Protection Act will become mandatory on 25th May 2018. InHealth is carrying out an on-going process review to ensure that we achieve and future proof our compliance with the new regulation, and on Thursday 19th April at the InHealth Community Health Clinic in Romford, we held an extremely successful and interactive GDPR educational seminar led by our Data Protection Officer and Caldicott Guardian Malcolm McNinch. The session was aimed at helping Practice Managers make sense of the new regulation, to share best practice and help them to identify the key things they need to know about the information held or processed by their Practice. Over 40 Practice Managers attended the event with extremely positive feedback.
“Thank you for an excellent opportunity yesterday, not only enjoyed the training but learnt so much. The session was outstanding, one of the best I have attended for a while.”
Our next GDPR session will be held in the Windrush Health Centre in Witney on 3rd May. Visit Eventbrite to register.
